I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the beds were cozy, giving me a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Termini Station and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage and providing us with an electric kettle.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied.

I recently stayed at Vertex Homes for a few nights while exploring the city. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated having a private refrigerator in the room. The staff went above and beyond by keeping our luggage before check-in and even helping us carry it to our room. They also provided an electric kettle upon request. the daily housekeeping was wonderful, with clean sheets, towels, and provided toiletries.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hostel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to explore the city. it is just a short walk away from the city center. the clean sheets and towels provided daily ensure a comfortable stay.

The receptionist's behavior towards guests was inappropriate and unprofessional.
